This company took money out of my account on Monday, Feb 11th. Requested cancellation early that morning. was told account not billed, contacted bank directly said monies already taken, told to online rep, said talked to accounting dept and would take 72 hours for refund. said would check on Friday, gave company until Monday and still no refund. have called phone number with no answer or answer and then hung up on. sent several e-mails with no response. also requested nsf charges to be returned to my account since were caused by monies not being refunded as promised

Today, i have checked the phone # as well as the website for a possible online conversation and has said offline all day. have left message with no response. am very distraught with this whole situation. I am a stay at home mom and money is tight. This co owes me $164 plus my bank has charged me 3 nsf charges of just less than $30 each. I really hope someone out there can help me and also that others will read this and not order anything from this company again. I also have well documented copies of conversations between myself and the online rep, Summer-all reps are apparently named Summer, as well as one e-mail received from co.

This customer filled a dispute before we even had the chance to refund him.......
E-check orders takes more time to refund.

When refund was filled by our billing department - we found out that the customer had already canceled his payment.

If we get 1 angry customer for every 1000 orders.....I think we are doing very well.

Thousands of happy customers will agree with me.

What us even more strange is that she called our offices 15 times a day.....And still

saying that the toll free isnt working..... :)

We continue to serve our customers - daily - with the BEST products and BEST service as we do for 7 years.
