ALLSAT ripoff Springfield Missouri

On 11-12 2003 We ordered a satellite package from Allsat from their web site that was listed for $00.0 promotion.
It was a two room system with very few requirements(agree to a programming package, from dish network for 1 year) free install and dish network was to place a hold for $49.00 on my credit card for up to 30 days as refundable security deposit pending installation ( under a promotion called Rdish)(note the Equipment was Jvc PVR 508/301 receivers) sounds good.

Despite their promissed installation day,they never deliver nor install "free" equipment and obviously never activate their services.

After two months of patiently waiting I cancell this "FREE" promotional order and signup with competing company Direct TV who came, install and activate this account in one week for free.

ALLSAT decide to retaliate and initiate actual charges to my credit card for order cancellation and other fee w/out obtaining my authorization or concent. ALLSAT try to justify their dispicable fraudelent charges claiming that I cancell two year contract and I have to pay anyway for something they fell to deliver.

I dispute all charges with Citi Bank and they permananetly remove all unathorized charges. Now thieves from ALLSAT decide to try again via collection agency and credit bureau.

Needless to say that this company corporate status was never approved or obtained from State of California and they function w/out any license from California consumer affairs. Therefore any contract they may attempt to enforce is null and void, since this is against state unified commercial code.
