Allscripts ERX Now Poor product with horrible support 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza Suite 2024 Chicago, IL , Illinois

Allscripts is a company that provides electronic prescription services for physicians.  I have received services through them for the past two years and have been grossly dissatisfied.

My complaints include:
1. Failure of technical support to get back to me when I place calls even though I pay $20 per month for the so called "Deluxe Program".
2. The program is painfully slow and often will not accept data at all.  I waste huge amounts of time waiting for it to load the next screen.
3. It fails to keep an accurate record of previous prescription filed for patients, oftne leaving out a crucial medication in the patient's recent history.
4. It shuts down due to internal errors.
5. Its web sites make it very dificult to find contact numbers and I could find no complaint resolution department.
