FDA forced a prominant thermogenics manufacturer to recall its product because it may cause liver damage. The recall on November 9, 2013 from the manufacturer directed all refunds to the seller.....Allstar Health. I have the receipt from them via a web selling tool. After verifying the product I purchased from them by receipt, lot and manufacture date, Allstar Health took the stance that they "had no way to refund you, as we do not sell through them anymore."
Allstar Health should look on the internet at a pay service........say PAYPAL!?! Caren at customer service, offered no customer service to date. Keep your profit margin, refund the cost and shipping to me. You can bet they sent unused products back for their refund! Now, it is not about the money, it is about the principals of business!
