On 9/15/15 I placed an order. I neglected to update my address after having moved, so the order was shipped to my old address. On 9/22/15 the tracking info said "THE POST OFFICE WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE UPS SUREPOST PACKAGE AND RETURNED IT TO THE SENDER". I have contacted AllStarHealth several times since trying to get them to resend my order, but they refuse to do so "until the tracking shows the package actively in transit back to us". What part of "THE POST OFFICE WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE UPS SUREPOST PACKAGE AND RETURNED IT TO THE SENDER" fails to satisfy this criteria? Now it is 10/1/05 and nothing has been done by them despite numerous emails. They are just giving me the run-around and failing to provide decent customer service.
