allstate insurance dallas texas Northbrook, ILLinois allstate insurance has my property and wont give it back I'm not in good hands Northbrook/dallas, Illinois

I bought 2 new computors less than 8 months ago one fom fry electronics and one from walmart. So Far so good....spilled some diet coke on the screens diving down the road and took computers to a repair shop in Dallas..6 weeks later computers returned to me everything works great. In january 2010 I'm broke need money take computer to cash america and get a loan for 180 dollars make monthly payments pawned second computer same cash america get approx 200 dollars. Business starts getting better go down to pick up computers( because my business is sesonal )swimming pool busines.....the computers are not there uh oh..Pawn shop refuse to tell me where they are (thanks alot Cash america)...Finally after I call 911 dallas police ..they tell the 2 policeman allstate insurance pick them up. Sorry nothing dallas can do.So I called grand prairie police deptment reach the detective there.So I asked whats going on Dective says computers came back as stolen....I say no way... but okay ...He said he is investigating I say great I'm home free.. 58 year old white guy never been arrested no criminal record what so ever. I'm talking 90 miles a hour to the detective about this he keeps telling me slow down dont get excited. I tell the detective my whole life is on this computers.banking info... customers jobs everythng and I need them because people are ready to do business with me april 1,2010. Now he tells me the computers are safe at cash america while he does his investigation . I interrupt him again and tell him Allstate insurance picked them up ...He said and I quote "they cant do that" that I'm wrong and he will call pawn shop................

Guess what ? he calls me back and said Allstate insurance did pick them up and doesnt understand how on a ongoing investigation. Oh well sorry David cant help you.

(edit: so far nobody will help and tell me what allstate agent ..office phone number.. nothing.)

Finally I locate where my computers are...... Allstate insurancecompany Surprize !!!I

Get ahold of person in charge tell my story after a week still no resolution offered to buy computers back and offered to buy the hard drive only back. I then ask for suppervisior get new person keep calling back sorry Lawyers at allstate are trying to decide what to do. I asked to talk to someone higher and I am told quote "nobody higher you can talk to " just wait will get back to you.

everyday I lose business because I dont have access to  photographs (20 years worth) and customers I suppose to call April 1,2010

Heres the deal, your computers were stolen and end up with other stolen goods... police dont have them..... Allstate insurance company has them and wont give them back.....does that seem fair to anyone ?

anybody higher up at allstate insurance company care to help me ?
