I was a merchant of Allstate Merchant Services, & after a few months or so, I started noticing some weird charges on my statement.. I noticed extra $99.00 fees, $75.00 annual fees when they werent supposed to be there, my rates would go up without my notice, etc. After several complaint calls, with no resolution in site, I decided to do some investigating on my own..
