Be careful if you get allstate roadside assistance they will keep your credit card information and charge your credit card twice per year. They have been charging my card without my permission and my policy was cancelled with them. I contacted them and the claimed my policy was enrolled in automatic (renewal). Nonsense, i have changed insurance companies TWICE since i left Allstate and they were still charging my credit card.

They do not return your phone calls, emails or if you send them a letter with a complaint they will just ignore you.

Be warned DO NOT USE ALLSTATE MOTOR CLUB for a roadside assistance as they are a scam!!! i AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REFUND ME IN EXCESS OF $400 CHARGED TO MY CARD FRADULENTLY
