Allstate movers A-1 allstate movers 4 hours late; tired movers broken flat screen; just don't care houston Texas

3 black moving men arrived 4 hours late; don't know if they were exhausted or this is just how they work. Many items and walls were scraped, my sod was driven over and ruined; but worst my husbands 65 inch flat screen has 2 huge cracks straight across the middle just before Christmas!

When we reported this first thing the next day; (we had no cable in the new house) We were told to send pictures, which was difficult with no internet yet; then blown off with ; with the have 90 days bs

The only saving grace is the guys were curteous; but the owner would not even discuss our damages except to say; he has 90 days to review it? I won't hold my breath since other online reports state they do not pay any damages. 

Please stay away from this company; not professional at all!
