MY wife and i could not believe it when the 2 asian men that came on the truck were the ones to move everything.no driver,one of them was the driver.they were dressed in non company t shirt and shorts,spoke almost no english, communication very difficult.i got on phone to the company,it was after hours so i left a very irate message.the agent i talked to who originally got us to use them called us.i told her what was going on she said sorry,ill tell my superviser and hell call you tomorrow.well tomorrow came i did not get that call,so i called the agent back,she was not avail. so i left another pissed off message.she said when she called back she talked to her boss and he was going to find a solution to our problem.we waited ,watched the 2 very unprofessional "movers" move our boxes and furniture,a job that was supposed to take 2-3 hours took 10,my wife and i were very late hitting the road.the movers had dropped our side by side fridge/freezer on floor in front of us,we made them put that on their report.they were in no way professional movers,they pile big heavy boxes on top of smaller ones.we traveled across country from maine to az. where we now live,when they finally showed up and unloaded the truck,after they left we found several broken well wrapped items that had to have been handled very roughly,and several boxes wet,tore up and to top all that we had to pay extra for this kind of s**+**y service,about $1000 more than we were quoted.bottom line is we never heard from anyone with a so called solution to our problem,we were also promised someone from dispatch woul call us regarding money back,nothin!this was a very poor unprofessional, inbred outfit not worthy of packin a school lunch.people stay away from allstate/budget van lines,if you do you might end up with tweedle dee & tweedle dumb.
