Your Stuck With It
Do not waste your time and hard earned money getting Allumiderm Skin care. I ordered the Allumiderm Moisturizing Anti-Aging Serum and Allumineye Rejuvenating Eye Cream on 7-15-2017. Only $4.95 each for a 14 day free trial. Nothing in this product is free. If you manage to cancel in the 14 days, you have to send the product back at your expense. And if you cancel in the time frame, keep you cancellation number! My cancellation somehow, did not go through and I did not have the cancellatioin number. In short, My bank account was charged $187.80 on August 28, 2017. Hmmmm. 6 weeks after the order. When I contacted customer service, I let the person know that I only used the product 3 times and each time my eyes would tear up. Could I return the product? Nooo. Then, What I am suppose to do with an un-usable product and $187.80 bill. Her suggestion was to sell it to a friend or family member. Please, no one would even pay $20 for it. So I am just stuck with it. A valuable lesson that should not happen to consumers.
