This company charged me on my banking account but i have not received a thing. The customer service people tells you lies like they have two different numbers on the bank account and i called both then found out it was for both companies that was putting ads on Face book. They each told me different ways to get my refund, i only have one box with tracking number but she gave me one and said it was for both products, when i went on the postal service site the number was not to be found and i did not get any mail about the products that they charged me for. They are ripping people off. Im going to try to see what i can do, but i don't think they will give my money back. They lie to you from beginning to end just to get your money. They were using Joanna Gains name to sell their products on Face book.
