My name is Terri and I am 57 years old. I watched the video from AlluaSerum and liked the resluts that were shown. Just like many of us at my age our skin gets droopy and lack of sleep causes dark circles under the eyes. i decided to give the trial offer of $4.95 and $5.95 for 2 different creams a try. I was given 4 differnt charges on that dy to my card. 14 days later I was charged 2 more charges to my card. All of the charges totaling over $204.00. I called to cancel and get a refund and was given a runaround. They had no explanation why I was getting charged from 2 different companies and they never gave out my information. I was unable to get a refund. Just out $204 for 2 tiny bottles of cream. What a ripoff. No customer Service either. BEWARE
