Be an informed consumer before purchasing a product from anyone or any company online. Especially when it comes to freebies and "shipping only" deals from companies other than the well known companies everyone knows. 

If you have purchased from them, on purpose or by accident, you can always call these people and cancel. Be forewarned though, the customer service people on the other end won't listen or hear a word you're saying. They are trained to read a script and do not veer from it.

Their goal is to get more money out of you, don't fall for it. Be adament about your cancellation, do not accept any less than a full cancelation. They will ultimately agree to cancel the subscription once they have finished offering 1/2 off of this and 1/2 off of that... 

You will need to dispute the charges with your credit card company to get your money back. It's a pain, but this company will not refund you, the bank will.  Good luck!
