Ally financial using illegal collections practices and liable for class action lawsuit:
Ally Financial has hire an offshore call center in the Philipines. They operate outside the US laws of telemarketing and the TCPA act. I personally receive threatening calls from this call center daily. I am no late on payments. I hover around the 30 day mark, but not behind. The Philipine call center hire and paid by Ally Financial call me daily, and lies. They use foul language, and some lady with jamaican accent telling me she is going to reposess my car. this is wrong, illegal and they should pay millions in a class actions as this is a $10,0000.00 fine per violation on the TCPA - not to mention they are lying and purposely doing this to get payments.

You're crying and whining because you don't pay your bills on time and their BILL COLLECTORS are doing their job. You signed a contract in which YOU promised to make every payment on time, everytime. BILL COLLECTORS calling for the reason of collecting from a deadbeat has nothing to do with sales solicitation calls.
Grow up and do what you said you would do. Let me save you the effort...don't bother writing back claiming "you must work for them", because I don't!
