Ally Bank and or Financial Shameful and Deceptive Lending Practices with Intent to Recover car, your payments and whatever Atlanta Nationwide

I had heard the name Ally Bank before--and was at ease because of name recognition when I faxed back my contract agreement to my used car dealer to purchase my 2006 Range Rover, which was about $25,000 and I had put down $8,000.  I had been making timely payments-submitted exactly on the day they were due until about the 9th month of my contract when i ran into a little hot water and my payment was over 30 days late.  And, I received a nasty phone call that warned that the car would be repossessed, in about one week, unless I brought my payment up to date. I was even told that I had been sent a letter ( I did receive the letter a few days before the expiration of the demand for payment.) However, thank God- I was able to make the payment a day or two after the phone call.  But, I was alarmed by the nasty letter which read that  'in the future, the company could choose to repossess the car without further notice if I should make another late payment and that this was part of my contract'! ---I dont know what world Ally lives in-I guess its in the world of the 1% of the population of the world where juggling bills is never a problem. What confuses me is how these people sleep at night knowing that they are abusing individuals and families and disrutping lives.  I live in Georgia where a car is necessary. You give me a loan and then have someone waiting at the door lying in the cut of the grass waiting for me to slip up and make a late payment.  How fowl is that! I remember a little of the first Survivor (tv show) when someone said something like " you are a snake - no, actually- you are a rat because a rat eats a snake."
