 Drove to Georgia to make the purchase. Had to leave a nonrefundable deposit on truck. Got there and seen it was misreprented in many ways. Leather seats had rips and tears in them. Even though they stated to me the seats were perfect. But that was the least of my worries. They stated their service dept went through this vehicle and made all necessary repairs. Service tech must be blind. The power window did not work even though advertised as having power windows. Sales manager claimed someone there was sitting on the door and must have been on the power window button burning up the motor. So why is someone sitting on the door in the first place? Then they stated it has power windows but that doesnt mean they have to be working., they advertise like that all the time. Really? So on my way back home, the low coolant light came on.

Filled it up and back on road. Then the check engine light came on. Got home and the next morning there was coolant all over the driveway. Took it to a real service tech. Bad water pump. Bad alternator belt. Bad A/C belt. Check engine light showed 2 pages of possible problems. But then the biggie. The engine sounded as if it had bad gas in it. Tech told me that Chevrolets had a part on it that when it gets wet, it will sound like that. this part was in the engine area. He would not state 'FLOOD VEHICLE" but did say it should be obvious as to why there was water in the engine. And there was rust issues as well. Contacted ALM and they stated "you passed up on the extended warranty".

Really? Well if this vehicle went through an inspection and they stated everything was fixed, then why am I having problems. Shouldnt need an exteded warranty for problems that were supposed to be addressed before the purchase. They stated that it was now my problem, not theres. I could go on forever with problems i had with this vehicle and ALM. But not worth my time. I will mention one other fact,. I called the finance dept because I overpaid by $100. Needed to know where my refund was at. He thought he put me on hold. He made a few comments about me. When I asked what he said, he started laughing and said "I was just thinking out loud". Yea I heard you idiot. He stated "you should be happy I am even helping you". What a bunch of idiots. They kept telling me I got a great deal and should be happy. Yea well how is it a great deal when the truck had been wrecked (found that out later), possibly flooded, and a rust bucket. Not to mention putting another $5,000 in it. Yea that was a great deal. Stay away from these idiots. I will continue posting until my fingers bleed. Everyone needs to know who these people are.
