Almohadas Sognare Inova.com.mx False advertising on the Satisfaction Guaranteed warranty

On the box, on their website, on their TV commercials and infomercials they brag about their unconditional 30 day satisfaction guaranteed warranty. I wanted to change mine to a softer pillow because the one I bought was too firm. Neither their distributor Liverpool Mexico, nor the company Sognare.com.mx, or the parent company Inova.com.mx would honor the warranty or respect the guaranty. Totally false advertising. I was told that buying it in person instore vs. online gave me the opportunity to try the product, therefore the guarantee did not apply. First of all, this is not stated anywhere, and secondly, how is one supposed to realistically test a pillow at a department store? Buyer beware... RIP OFF and FALSE ADVERTISING!
