On recommendation of Dr. Oz, I ordered the free (pay $2.97 postage only) one month trial of Alore Anti-Wrinkle Serum. After trying it for two weeks, I noticed small bumps on my face and stopped using it.

After two weeks and 2 days my bank account was charged $94.28 for my "free" sample. When I called the company I was informed the "free" trial was for two weeks, not one month, even though the sample offered on the web site was for one month.

The man I spoke with, Shawn, was not apologetic and told me no refund will be given because I did not contact the company within the free two week trial period. Therefore, I am being charged the full month's supply amount.

Is this how the company makes its money? I can't see too many repeat customers if this is the extent of their customer service.

What concerns me is the facial bumps which have not disappeared after stopping the Alore. The bottle has neither a complete list of ingredients, nor country of manufacture on it. No information was included in the envelope about any clinical trials or problems that could arise with the Alore's use.

So, what is in it? Did I inadvertently poison my system?

trial period

It says right in the terms that you must cancel within that 14 day period and you get a refund number but you must return the product that is still unused to get the refund.  This does not sound like a free trial at all.  You still have to pay apparently.

At any rate I would suggest you word your offer differently so people know absolutely they are not getting anything free.

Whether or not the product is effective or a good product is irelevant - the method is a bit dubious and I was not happy.
