We have only today 11-13-2003 contacted 'Alpha credit enhancement services' for the fifth and final time in regards to our promised credit line of 2,500 dollars that was never delivered to us (as promised)two weeks before we allowed our bank account to be drafted for 299.00 on October 6th 2003. I asked for a package of information to be mailed to my home before I would allow funds to be drafted for said credit line. I never received any information on the Credit Company or another call back. However after checking my account on the 8th of October the monies were drafted and I assumed I would be receiving my credit card 14 working days later (as told to myself and my wife on several occasions before the withdraw)

After not receiving any information per our request we became concerned that we were not being dealt with honestly. We could do nothing at this point but hope we were wrong and that we would be receiving our credit card as assured by a half dozen different people answering the Alpha Credit enhancement services number we found online in Florida. 1-866-925-8882..

Time and time again over the past month we have been assured that 'our credit package' was in the system and we should be receiving what was promised by November 6th at the latest (being one month from draft date of account)
I called the alpha credit number again 30 minutes ago only to be told very rudly that I had been a fool. That indeed I would be receiving a package and I was given a tracking number and when said 'package' arrived I could call for a refund!

That there was no one I could talk to!
Came to INTERNET and read all the other complaints.
