Alpha Wear Albert Arcuri Alpha Wear and Albert Arcuri are a scam!! Orlando Florida

My husband is a national level NPC physique competitor and has an account on Instagram.  Athlete's are often contacted to promote brands, and he was approached on Instagram by Albert Arcuri to promote the fitness clothes Alpha Wear.  Albert appeals to the ego telling my husband that hundreds of people apply, you were chosen, we like your look, etc.  In order to promote the brand, you have to own the brand, and of course, my husband didn't have any Alpha Wear clothes.  He was told that he had to place an order, which he did, $170 worth.  As soon as he told me about it, I suspected this was a scam.  No legitimate company would make you pay up front if they really feel you are worthy of promoting them.  This was 12/26/15 and today is 3/11/16.  We have never received the clothes, I am now disputing the charge on our Mastercard, and the I can never get through to Albert Arcuri.  If you look up his name on here or Google, you will see has spent his entire adult life in one scam after another.  This seems to be the latest.  Do not order Alpha Wear or do any business with this man.
