This complaint is a lie and a distortion of the facts. The merchant's account was terminated due to an extremely high percentage of chargebacks, their March chargeback percentage was above 8% far exceeding MasterCard and Visa's 1% threshold.

We spoke with Tony, Mark and Yvette going over their merchant account in great detail. The total reserve collected was $21,000, not $145,000 as they stated. The $21,000 reserve was to cover any and all losses from the charebacks. It has now been 45 days post-termination and only $4000 is left from the reserve account, meaning $17,000 has been paid, from chargebacks, to the cardholders because of poor business practices by the merchant. If there are more than $4000 in chargbacks, going forward, Alpha Card Services will have to pay this out of our pocket due to the merchants poor business practices.

If you "Google" "yourlocalmerchant.com" you will find that Bank of America placed this account om the TMF list for merchant collusion. The business owners rotate signors for processor to processor trying to defraud every processing company.

You have some nerve attacking Alpha Card Services due to your poor business practices. Shame on Alpha Card Services for allowing your business to accept credit cards, this is the only thing we are guilty of..
