Albert Arcuri - Serial Scammer

Late last year I was ripped off by Albert or Alphawearfitness.com. I placed an order that I did not receive and he refused to refund my money. I called it a loss and moved on, until today when I decided to google the company and found a ton of complaints similar to mine. That's when I realized that this wasn't just a fluke and that Albert has pretty much made a living off of stealing from hardworking people for YEARS.

Needless to say, I am pretty livid about this and I feel like I need to do something about it. So I started researching. First of all, do yourself a favor and google "Clear Connection Wireless" and "Gamesellerpros". These are two other online businesses that Albert used to scam customers. I am absolutely in shock right now. All  of the complaints, regardless of which business, are identical! He promises an item or service, takes your money, never delivers it and then refuses to refund you. Ladies and gentlemen, that's FRAUD. 

I took my research a little bit further and googled the address listed on Alphawearfitness.com, PO Box 780442, Orlando, FL 32878. This address is in Orange County, FL so of course, I went to the Orange County website and did a search for Albert. Would you believe?! There are NUMEROUS evictions and civil suits against him for thousands of dollars! So it looks like not only has this guy had a million ripoff reports filed against him, he's also been taken to court on more than one occasion. None of that seems to have deterred him, though. He's still out there stealing from people. Unbelieveable.

My last bit of research involved what I could do about it. Obviously, complaining online isn't going to do anything. He somehow manages to still fool people into purchasing from him (this is why you should always do your homework before buying online). I didn't spend enough on Alphawearfitness.com for it to be worth getting an attorney. But what I found on the Orange County website is a link to a form where you can file a consumer fraud report. And that's exactly what I did. The report will be reviewed and investigated and forwarded to the state attorneys office if criminal charges should be filed. I normally wouldn't want to bring criminal charges against a business/owner for a missing T-shirt order, but after reading all of these reviews online, it's clear this man is a criminal. 

If you've been duped by Albert, you should file a report too.

On the form, it asks for mailing and physical address. The mailing address is

PO Box 780442, Orlando, FL 32878

but I"m not sure about the physical address. According to a court record on the Orange County site, his last physical address was:

1421 Bella Coola Drive, Orlando, FL 32828
