Alpine Loan/Mountain West Threatening legal services Boise Idaho

I made a loan in my husbands and my name for $1,000.  I have been paying on the loan. The guy called me the other day and told me I owe them $9,000. My loan is now in legal. I was to pay $186.50 every two weeks till paid off. I have paid over $2,000 on the loan so far and now they are tellin me I am in legal and that I have to pay $869 immediately as of today or I would have legal action against me. They are calling my friends all the time if they are not able to get ahold of me.  I have had it. I am tired of being held hostage. There ought to be a law against charging a person $9,000 fo borrowig $1,000. The manager said I signed a paper saying I would pay that much back. If I signed that paer the print was too small for me to read because I would never of signed if it was that much.  I want out of the contract and want others to know what type of business they do. They are crooks taking advantage of a person who is in a situation.
