After meeting with with this company about employment I thought I would get on-line and see what the Internet had to say about Alpine Payment Systems. Needless to say I was shocked to see so much negativity about such a small company. I did not trust my gut and took the job anyway.
This is what I found out. The reviews on here are not just a bunch of bitter ex employees but rather fellow Americans that were let down by this company and do NOT want this to happen to you. Based on what I have seen I believe that everything I have read about this company is true except for the responses from Alpine. I feel bad for all the employees
that had to cross paths with this company but even worse for the business owners who are duped into trusting this company and will have to learn their lesson the hard way. Do Some research. When the Internet made it impossible to rip people off all day in the auto business, Robert Ensminger and his circle of car salesmen friends decided to take
their shiesty sales tactics and find a new industry to satisfy his greed. 90% of upper management is Family or Business partners very corrupt with favoritism. Rude and egotistical due to their untouchable position. Not just to employees but to each other. Not a healthy work environment for anyone. As for the business owners who are getting 3 - 4
calls a day..sorry about your luck. They will continue to call you because if they take you off the list then they will have nobody to call. What some of the business owners have been doing to get back at them is setting up an appointment with them just to waste their time and resources. Sales guys will quit over this. Appointment setters will get fired over this. Truly your best option to fight the calls. Its funny watching this company battle through all the problems it creates for
itself like one big dysfunctional family. Thanks for the laughs!

The Internet is a great avenue to strengthen global economies and support entrepreneurs around the world. The World Wide Web unites long lost friends and keeps families close regardless of the distance between them.
It is also a great source of education as long as you don't believe everything you read, especially if it is written in hypocrisy. This
magnificent opportunity to unite the world in peace and prosperity can also be detrimental to those unable to arm themselves against bullies and cruel acts of humanity. Many hide behind their words like ghost writers, claiming no responsibility for those they hurt and put in harms way. It is the prelude of ruin if used in haste and envy. Caution should be used in moments of
passion, since most ridicule contradicts individual choices and acts of freedom.
It is easy to accuse others for personal failure when personal success was not obtained. Each of us "Americans" are given the freedom of speech due to the hardship and perseverance of our American ancestors. It is unfortunate that this allows hatred to manifest in good people. Misfortune, distress, and failure happen to us all. You must look inside yourself and see the opportunities of growth, so poor choices and lack of ownership do not become a way of life.
Alpine Payment Systems employs close to 100 people, many of which have been working with us for 1-5 years and who have advanced into corporate positions. It is true that four of us are family that constantly strive for success, and help others reach their fullest potential as well. Those who believe in Alpine have helped us stay in business through a struggling economy. One
shouldn't forget that harsh words against a company affect them and their families as well. WE DO offer savings and payment security. Many merchants will attest to this and appreciate our dedicated, intelligent support staff that goes above and beyond the masses in the payment industry every day.
Unfortunately in this case, the individual that was hired to design, manage, and enhance our marketing department and marketing strategies was unsuccessful. It is ironic that this employee who was hired to generate new leads, maintain the
dialer, and promote positive energy feels the need to blame the opportunity instead of looking in the mirror. If they did, they would see the "car salesman" that they used to be as well. People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.
Merchant phone numbers are removed immediately after requested and we have proof in our server records. Incentives are planned a month in advance to promote employee morale to ensure an energetic atmosphere for all employees and the
sales team. Alpine considers the marketing department the "Heart beat" of the company and it takes extreme talent and ingenuity to do it right.
The marketing manager is a results based position and we regret that the working relationship between us has ended.
