AL's Towing Inc Broadway towing Inc Illegally Towed Vehicle, Deprived me of property AND damaged my NEW car! Oceanside, New York

Here is a short list of the facts :

        
My vehicle was towed from my place of work, 3600
Long beach road. A parking lot for the shoppers of Kohls, Staples and Bed bath and
beyond.

        
Filed a stolen police report because Broadway
towing did not have my vehicle.

        
Had to contact the shopping centers landlord to
get in touch with Als towing. Said he towed the car because it was sitting in
the lot with no plates for two weeks. Its a NEW CAR with valid in transit
tags.

        
Al refused to release my vehicle after 6 days of
back and forth fighting.

        
Finally I had BMW pay Broadway to tow the
vehicle out to a BMW dealer. Al promised to tow the vehicle to two separate locations
and never did.

        
Bumper was damaged on my vehicle. Just under
$600 to repair. Brand new BMW with 1700 miles.

        
Lost use of my car for 10 days because someone
towed the wrong car and did not want to release it. In addition to the damage
to my car.

        
AVOID ALS towing and broadway towing inc.
COMPLAIN to the tenants, the police and anyone who will listen.
