Alstrasoft Outdated alstrasoft script not working, no support, no refund Internet

I purchased the startpage script from alstrasoft.
At first, the script was not working at all, I couldn't install it.
That was because the script is not compatible with php5 (php5 was out on 2005!)
I contacted the developer and after some changes made by him, I could access the admin.
Then I discovered that all files are from 2007, not updated since then and 50% of the modules are NOT WORKING.

I asked the developer to solve these problems, but after 15 days with no answer in their ticket sytem, I asked for a refund.

- Not compatible with php5
- Modules not working
- Outdated script, all files are 5 years old, even if the site says: Last Update: Jan 01, 2012
- No support (15 days without any answer in the ticket system).

not to mention that:
- The script use an old js library 400kb long impossible to load for slow connection.
- The poorly written code create a mysql row for every visitor even if it is not a member, so after a few days mysql is killing the server.

Now the billing is handled by swreg (another bunch of crooks), so the emails are being forwarded from swreg to alstrasoft and to me, but they never refunded.
