Alta Congress Alta Congress Apartments are Dangerous and Poorly Managed Delray Beach Florida

Warning: DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will unsuspectingly raise your rent, come into your apartment at any time, sexually harass you, and overall make you have a horrible living experince. The hallways are enclosed and there is no privacy. My building was infested with bugs. The managers are the most disrespectful and immature women I've ever met in my life. The property is very poorly managed and you will hate living here. 

About six months after moving here, 3 different people overdosed on drugs. The complex worked very hard to cover it up. The area attracts drug addict colloege students who are using drugs as their income as well. There wasn't a single weekend where an ambulance wasn't called to the property. Managers did not care one bit. 

The claim to have two "live in cops" but I never saw them or spoke to them once, even when my apartment was continuously distrubed from the outside - facing a very very bad neighborhood on the south side of the complex that they cover up with trees and bushes and do not tell you about at all before moving in. 

This was the worst living experience of my life - I'm warning others not to get roped into this apartment because they have a nice website and the building looks nice and new, but it's a nightmare.
