Alta Vista Property Spain Alta Vista Property Scam, lying, False Advertising, Buyers Beware! Internet

Please be aware of this company. I recently enquired to them regarding properties that they are advertising in local and web press releases for properties in the Costa Del Sol with 100% mortgages. When I made the enquiry I was bombared with calls to my mobile, home number and emails. i eventually agreed to go and see them in the Costa Del Sol to few these must have properties.

You will not be surprised to hear that when I got to Spain i was more or less shapparoaned around the area. When I aksed to see the 100% mortgage products they had magically all been sold and they started to offer me low end properties at over inflated prices. After being constantly pressurised to put a deposit on a property to secure the price now!! I had finally had enough and asked them to leave me alone. When i also told them I was shopping around with other companies they simply badmouthed all other companies and was told to avoid them! What a joke that was!
The sales man, a chap named Michael Blackburn was rude when he realised I was not going to buy and basically accused me of wasting his time. He also asked me to reimburse him for the fuel he had used when carting me around and also payment for the cheap lunch he brought me at a local Spanish cafe. I gave him the money and told him to never contact me again.

When I got home I carried out some intenisve research and found to my horror that the company is ran a man called Michael Liggan, the ex number 2 of MRI Overseas Property in Spain. He also has working with him a man named Kostas Tsitsias, also an ex MRI senior director. I have since come accross other people that have been to see these con artists and have had similar horrible experiences with them.

To my horror I have also learnt that Michael Liggan left his previous company with a wake of problems and actually caused many of the issues MRI are facing. He is also a renowned tirant and treats his employees like slaves, while he drives around in his expensive cars and designer gear! Obviously paid for by unsuspecting customers!

Please avoid these people at all costs and if you are going to buy in Spain ensure you do your homework and dont be bullied by these conmen!!
