I just saw someone filed a report against Heather kinsel in Altamonte mall about her bieng RACIST.
I definately agree with that report since at one time I too felt like a victim of this. If you see in the mall some stores are empty from last 4-5 years but she gives a d**n about leasing to local retailers. Even if you manage to see the stores she will quote you ridiculously high rent.
Beware friends, this company will only give local tenant (if there are any left because last I checked most of them closed down and moved) licence agreement and not lease!!!
Someone need to tell her she is a realtor and not mall owner!!! B'cos she definately behaves like one.
Empty spots in the mall never look good and that too for sooo lond and above all GGP is in bankrupsty, possiably beacause of employees like her.
People stay away from this Racist management especially Heather Kinsel.
Heather kinsel should be fired.

Because the only thing I see is that she charges a high amount of rent and will only give license agreements to local retailers, which unless I missed something isn't racist.
