Altec Lansing Refuses Costumer Support Milford, Pennsylvania

   I purchased a set of AL-251 5.1 Surround Sound Computer Speakers from this company and have had nothing but problems with them since I bought them. I have tried contacting customer support repeatedly but have never received a response until recently.

   But now their responses include denial of ever hearing from me, even when I have proof that iv'e tried repeated contact! But now that they have finally returned my e-mails, they still haven't tried remedying my problem. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau with no luck going that route. They still continue to ignore me. Now my warranty is expired.

   Perhaps that was their plan all along! They ignore peoples inquires until the warranty expires.
