Alter Eco Roofing Reliable Roofing Dishonest, Liar, Scam, Stole my 86 year old mother's insurance check. No work on roof at ALL!!! Keller, Texas

Never before have i had to deal with such low life scamsters. The owner of this company Jim Staley knocked on my 86 year old mothers door and told her that she had hail damage on her roof from a storm that never hit the area. My mother sometimes gets a bit confused and she allowed this lowlife to inspect her roof. When he was done he told her that she had damage and she gave him all of her insurance information.

The adjuster came out and told my mother that there was no damage on her roof and Jim Staley somehow convinced my mother to write a check for $7600.00. Jim told my mother that he worked directly with the insurance company and they would reimburse her. He also told her that she needed to get the roof replaced before a deadline or she would be dropped from her insurance company. This was in October and to this day Jim Staley refuses to replace my mothers roof. She never even had a contract. She wrote him a check and Jim Staley cashed the check but refuses to acknowledge that there was ever an agreement.

My family and I are in the process of suing. How can this type of thing happen? You'd be crazy to do business with this guy.
