I ordered from this company in November and didn't check for reviews until after placing the order. BIG mistake. I waited over a month for my order to arrive and finally received it today after calling and faxing and calling and faxing and faxing (you get the idea) to get a hold of someone at their "office".

Now I've got my crappy sunglasses and I've also discovered they charged my credit card twice for the same order. I've been told they had a "glitch" in their shipping system. Anyway, they are denying the duplicate charge and I have to dispute it. They have told me their records only show one charge to my account.

Also, I have asked in writing THREE TIMES for them to confirm I'm not enrolled in any automatic programs with them but I can't get a straight answer from them. So after I can get the duplicate charge taken care of, I'm canceling my credit card as well to avoid dealing with this again.

DO NOT order from this company. I wish so badly I had checked online reviews before ordering. Not only are their sunglasses cheap and not worth the "shipping", but they seem to have developed other ways to make money as well. I've wasted SO much of my free time trying to fix this. Lesson learned I guess....
