Alterna Services Inc online loan Scam Chicago, Illinois

I am hoping to spread the word about an online loan company called Alterna Services Inc. It is a total scam . They will call u and tell u that u have been approved for a loan. All u have to do is send the first 6 months payments as an insurance that u are able to make ur payments. They will email u all the documents then u send in a void check and 2 other peices of Id and ur pay stub. So I sent the $1000 dollars western union like i was asked and they told me that my loan would be in my account the next day. Well that never happened. Now they won't take my calls , so I had my daughter call and they told her this BULLSHIT STORY that I was red flagged so i had to send in another $950 before I could get my loan.  Then I got through to customer service and they said I was entitled to a refund and it would take up to 30 days and I still haven't got it. So beware of this scam everyone. Please spread the word.
