Some lady named Teresa Hall claiming she's a process sever calling from San Bernardino, Ca said she would be serving me on 6/15/18 between 3-5 PM and if I needed information to call 888) 404-0399. I called and spoke to Victor Gomez and I gave him my case #CV87495. He told me that they were hired by Wells Fargo. And that I owe $2000 to Wells Fargo and that I had 3 choices on how to handle this because there was a summons out to bring me in to court. He also asked me if I did this with malicious intent! That is when I told him that I dont need to answer any of his questions because I already paid that off years ago. He said I do have to answer because Wells Fargo hired them to collect their money. I told him once again that its been paid off. He asked me if i have proof and i said that i do but i don't need to show them since its been paid and I paid it to Wells Fargo. Then he said that i could deal with it in court. I asked him for the name of the company and I hung up. These people are trying to collect on collections or money owed that has already been paid off!
