Alternative Heating & Air Owner Tom Dishonest Chico California

Approximately 8 years ago the owner of this company, Tom, worked for Sierra Heating & Air.  I believe he was dishonest to customers and to his former employer. 

During a tune up Tom tried to convince me that I needed a new air conditioning system and if I purchase it from him instead of Sierra, the company he was working for, he would give me a good deal.

Tom also conned me in to purchasing a worthless servicd agreement for five hundred dollars.  All it was was a commitment to purchase 3 years of tune ups.  Two tune ups per year.  It was a ripoff.

It doesn't surprise me that Tom now has his own company.  He did not seem loyal to his former employer Sierra when he tried to steal business from them for himself.

Since our air conditioner was less than 8 years old at the time I refused to have it replaced.  Tom was obviously trying to scam me.

It's now 8 years later and my air conditioner is still in good running condition.  Tom tried to con me in to buying a new one.  Beware of this guy.  Do Not Trust This Company.  Get a second opinion.
