Let me share my experience with this company. I applied on February 1st for a loan to purchase a house. I received a pre-approval letter on February 5th. Wrote a contract on February 6th to close on March 24th. They submitted my loan to underwriting on March 21st. This lender caused me to miss financing contingency and my closing date. I got a 7 day extension on the contract. They missed that too. The loan officer calculated my income wrong and then suggested I pay off a $40,000 car loan and then said once I pay it off, he will "see if that's fixes the issue" and so now here I am a few days before my extended closing and it's not happening and now I am out of my $1,500 deposit, $475 appraisal, and $475 inspection fee. It's too late to go to another lender. My loan sat with the local office from 2/1 to 3/21 and then with underwriting from 3/21 to 3/28. They had no idea what they were doing. None at all. Don't do business with them. This company is a joke. Them and Venta Financial Group.
