Altura homes Don't stand behind warranty and won't fix but patch Rockwall tx

 Me and my husband had our first house built by altura. We moved in Oct 2016. We had a sink leak when we moved in and we reported which caused the cabinet be damaged. They sent multi plumbers about and still is not fixed and they told me they would fix the cabinet as of today it's not fixed. We also report to them that the master bath tub was defected and chucks of the plaster was coming out of the bottom of the tub. From nov to Jan 4 they finally realized they had replace the tube when they where going to try to resurface and fill the spot is with putty. The contractor was honest to state he could not do it. They pulled the tub Jan 4 and as of today they still are not completed with the tub. Text on the walls they just painted over the bare spots and did not put the baseboard back or chalk around the tub. In jan we started noticing that the subfloor upstairs was popping and sagging. They removed my furniture from my 3 kids rooms and game room. That has been over 3 months. The floor was suppose to be fixed today but found out that the floor joist are too far apart to support the weight of the floor and saggs. Since they dont want to put supports in they cut out a couple of places and sanded down the floor as the seams . We have a engineer report from there company and my personal company and they have not followed thru with any of the stuff on the reports. We r having to get a atty and pay for repairs to be able to stay in the house. My kids are sleeping on couchs and floor now going on 4 month because we can not use the upstairs.
