I first complained about this company in early  November to the BCA (Business Consumer Alliance) regarding the way they were handling a refund that I wanted. Anyway I first seen this ad on an artcle I was reading about Anjolie Pitt, also thought it was her new company, anyway so I read the page where they were advertising this skin care product at a very reasonable price, now mind you this isn't my first rodeo and have ordered and got in trouble for not reading ine print (paid out of pocket) so I was very careful and looked it over very well, thr was no place saying it was a trial offer, no boxes to check,etc. So I ordered the product fo 4.99 shipping fee only. Went about my business then about 2 weeks later seen a huge amount taken out of my account, looked into it further and found out it was this same company charging me almost $200 for the "free" product I had received, I was not only in shock, but also intears as I am on SSI and couldn't afford that kind of monies being taken from my acct. So I immediately asked the company and compained, I was told that since I had ckecked the box saying it was a 14 day trial and that I didn't cance before the 14 days were up I was liable, but that they could let me keep the product and send me more at a much lower pprice, I told them about me being on SSI and couldn't afford it, the person couldn't have cared less, and was rude, more or less told me, to bad! Well that got me really riled up so I looked around on the web and found BCA, complained, got an answer back from them, they in turn got in touch with ALucia, and I got mt refund back, all of it!
