Went to ALUMA WALLET website. They ask for your credit card # without before you can see the product on the next page. I browsed thewallets. I was thinking of getting 4 wallets for my family but it kept asking if I want to upgrade the wallet so it will be more sturdy and the price was getting higher. In finding this out, I changed my mind. I did not order the wallets!
I closed the website. Next thing I know I received 4 wallets and charging me $36.65. I talked to their costumer service and told me I can return the wallet with the return slip enclosed in the package (there was no return slip in the box and no return address). It was not worth returning because they were charging me ten bucks for the return plus shipping
If you add everything up, it's like giving them the amount of money they are charging you with the wallet plus returning them their wallet. THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, THEY SHOULD BE SUED!!! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE, especially the costumer service. How can you sleep at night knowing you are

I looked at their website and they want your payment information ahead of ANYTHING else.
Not exactly the way to conduct an above-board business.
You're right to feel cheated by them.
