ALVIN RUIZ PATES A.PATES Scammed multiple times by this slick tongued fraudster!$40k and over 200 more people just like me! Do the Math! San Diego County, California

Alvin Pates and all his organizations are a FRAUD! He scammed me out of over $40,000 dollars for everything from Home Loan Modification to forming a Corporation. There are over 200 more people just like me. He doesn't return phone calls but I am not going away. 

I was told that I would have my homes back free and clear in less than 1 year if I paid in full up front. What did I get...NOTHING. He said things have changed and there was nothing he could do. I thought this was a small price to pay for my home considering the purchase price. Also during that time I was told that I told about forming a corporation in CA and NV to get the ball rolling on my corporate credit, I paid for Dunn&Bradstreet numbers but only got a CA Corp done which the majority of the work was done by me. So I just want to make sure that anyone that comes in contact with this man steers clear! I tried to look him up but he's like a ghost. All his properties are in his wife's name SANDRA F. PATES. He has multiple companies that he uses and his team consists of the following people, DARIN EARDLY, KOBUS DeBEER and JOHN JACKSON. 

His home address is 613 MARAZON LN, VISTA, CA 92081. He has messed with the wrong person and I am currently pursing a class action lawsuit as well as multiple civil suits. You've been warned!
