ALW Sourcing am receving harassing phone daily calls re a non-existent debt. Baltimore Maryland

I have been harassed with daily phone calls from a Mr. Jackson from ALW Sourcing, who plays a tape for me saying "this call is in reference to a debt collection." I've taken the time to call Mr. Jackson to explain that I am not the person he is looking for, that I have perfect credit and that his calls are harassment. I learned the person he is looking for lives in another city.

Twice Mr. Jackson promised to stop calling, but apparently he needs to fill some kind of quota and so he calls me every day when I'm not home. I am ready to go to the FCC or any agency that can help me and am also writing to the newspapers. ALW Sourcing should be truly ashamed of their tactics & the money they get from the govt for being a " minority agency."

They cannot be reached online since their contact link doesn't work. PS I have no idea what these people want from me.
