Gleaming White Smile is a rip-off company, due a search on this web site and you will be provided with plenty of information on them. I signed up for a free 14-day trail offer, paying only shipping and handling, and was completely ripped-off. I never received the free trial of the product even though my account was charged the $6.95 for S&H. It was approaching the 14-day mark and didn't want to see a reoccurring bill on my account so I called there hot line and canceled my account. The lady I talk to was nice and told me I had done every thing I needed to due not to see a reoccurring bill on my account.

One month later I was billed $56.90 for a product I still haven't received by a new company always white teeth. I called them up at the number provided on my billing statement and demanded a refund. They were next to no help. They once again told me that my account will be canceled and that to get a refund I would have to send back the unopened product that I have never received. They could provide no information on the company Always White Teeth.

So I called Gleaming White Smiles back up and talk to the same nice lady that canceled my account. She told me that Gleaming White Smiles is now out of business do to legal problems brought on by unhappy customers. She also told me that the company is now doing the same business under the new title of Always White Teeth and that some how my canceled account got pick up as an active account and I would have to re-cancel it. She also promised my account would be refunded right away. This was weeks back and no refund had happened.

To summarize I never singed up for anything with Always White Teeth, but they are charging my account $56.90 and have never sent me any product. They have promised to refund my money but that has never happed. When I call to find out were my refund is they say it's in the Que what ever that is.
