Aly*DefySkin Charged for, what was supposed to be a free sample Las Vegas Nevada

Ordered off Facebook a free sample of face cream that supposedly was endorsed by MANY famous actresses and even Dr. Oz, to be this mircle cream! Only had to pay for shipping which I believe was $4.50.  I got two packages; face cream and an eye night cream which I DID Not order!  I get the face cream, no return address that I can remember with no info about the product.  The product more or less came apart...tube of cream came apart from fancy enclosure part.  Then, I get the night cream...no info, no viable return address.

I then am billed $85.97 and $89.97.  As I remember, when you order face cream, it then says we will also send you the night cream...there was nothing to indicate no thank you or yes or whatever...I just moved on to filling out shipping address, etc.  I've read soome rip-off reports and there it was...customers complaining about something recommended by Dr. Oz, yada yada.  Seems this company changes it's name at will!!  Is Dr. Oz aware of these scandals using his name???
