On Oct 16 my wife received a phone call from Merchant credit guide co out of Chicago Illinois stated that they represented a Aylon Technologies and that they were trying to collect a 303.18 dollars for a bill that we owe them for visiting a adult web site. First of all my wife and I had no knowledge of this since we do not view trash like this.

This company says it was my wifes responsibilty to pay this bill since the phone was in her name. Well this is totally wrong since the phone bill comes in my name and no calls could have been made since no charges of this was ever reported on are phone bill. The only bill we ever received was on Oct 16 that was this collection agency Merchant Credit Guide Co. I tried several times to call these people and finally got through to find out when and how this had happened. I ask the lady over the Phone for dates and time when this call was made and was told that they did not have the information and was told to check my phone bills well I checked my phone bills and could not find any charges on my bills.

Well after I got off the Phone I researched this Aylon Technologies and their so called partner Merchant Credit Guide and found out that in my opinion they are both (censored)artists. after I found out how Aylon would send these pop-up ads to your computer and when you try to get rid of it slides in a back door to your computer and starts dialing these 1-900 nummbers and you dont even know its doing it. I had my nephew check my computer and he found this dial-up software on my computer that I had no idea that was there.

I am in the process of reporting this to the Ky attorney generals office and any other office that will listen. These people and all their partners in crime needs to be shut down. And as far as I am concerned these two companies will never get one dime from me. I will continue to fight them to the bitter end.
