While searching the web for an unrelated subject,an unrequested porn page filled the entire screen and hid all of my control buttons.
In an effort to remove the pages, I could only use their buttons which brought more porn pages that could not be stopped nor deleted. This continued over 30 minutes.
Being a novice computer operator, I could only escape by hitting the main power button. This messed up the computer and for several days it responded slowly and showed more porn whenever I tried to use the web.
About two weeks later I received a bill for $97.80 from Alyon with disclaimers that indicated I could not have been billed if I had not used the site and had approved the charge.

Even after sending my registered letter rejecting their charges, I received a past due bill without any acknowledgement of my letter.

They included a 3-page explanation of the steps they took to justify the charges and information on the procedures I should use to refute the charges, all of which had been furnished before and which I had followed.
It seems that the only "incoming mail" they understand has to have "Pay to the order of Alyon:" written before a dollar figure!I don't think that is likely to happen.
I am surprised that 1050 complaints on "RIPOFF" have not prompted a rush of government and private agencies to come to our aid or at least a televised expose' of ALYON'S (censored) and the telephone companies' complicity.
