a bill for $88.02 was sent to my house. knowing it was a scam i did not pay. i have just reseaved a delinquency notice. Where are the authorities?! Where is the FBI? Were are our state governments to protect us?!

Have you done that yet?
Take that delinquency notice and go to the local district office of your United States Senator. File a complaint. BE SURE THAT THE CASEWORKER IN THE SENATOR'S OFFICE SEES THIS WEBSITE.

Send a copy of your complaint to Alyon. Tell them if a false report is filed affecting your credit you will file additional complaints. Than contact all agencies mentioned on the website

They can not help you if you do nothing.
