Via a non closable pop up window software was downloaded to my daughter's computer. The software installed itself and ran. It disconnected from the ISP and reconnected via an alternate ISP which entailed a long-distance call. The URL which was accessed is www.nocreditcard.com. This is an Adult Content site.

My daughter closed window on this site, however, the connection remained active. In total she was connected through the stealth connection for thirty-one minutes.

I received a bill from Alyon Technologies for $159.32.

I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I have sent a certified letter to Alyon Technologies informing them of this along with my refusal to pay.
