AM House Justin Brees Scammed me out of 7k for a home theatre and home automation system that doesn't work Chatsworth California

AM house is a terrible company. I purchased a $5000+ ELAN home system from Justin earlier last year, and 2k+ on Wifi system. The ELAN system hasn't been working at all and the wifi has up and down ever since the install. I've been calling and emailing Justin to no answer for months, I have over 10 emails that I've sent and nothing. Finally got a response saying - "Over the past 18 months we have been so busy with the commercial business we have decided as of Jan 1st 2018 to put 100% focus on this direction so we are no longer staffed to service residential customers.   Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused."
 
This is unacceptable, given that I've spent so much money on these systems and they haven't worked ever since they've installed them. In order to get WiFi up, I had to purchase a new WiFi system and set it up separately as I still got no further response and they never came and fixed it, and the entire home entertainment system just doesn't work. At the very least they should have refunded me the money, which they never did. 
 
It's been a year and I have all the emails and messages to show, the invoices showing all the money I had to pay out, and yet this company and Justin, completely scammed me.. I'm out 7k+ and nothing to show for. They disappeared.
