While vacationing in Cancun in Aug. 2016 we attended a sales presentation in Playa Del Carmen. We paid them $12,000 dollars to liouidate (pay off) our time share located in Cancun, we were promised 15,000 dollars within 180 days and 150 weeks of travel with Amadeus vacation club.

We signed a contract with them stating that prime alliance holdings would be taking care of all the details of the transactions. This is very fradulent. All we have is a crummy vacation club with Amadeus, Amadeus claims no affiliation with prime alliance, prime alliance has stalled and ducked me for 0ne and a half years and simply referred me to continental financial enterprizes, working with aiden orella@207-221-0349. All he will tell me is we need to pay $5000.00 additional fees to transfer our funds from a Mexican bank. I told him no, I've already been ripped off enough. I don't beleive they ever had a buyer for my timeshare or intended to honor our contract, which we have in writing.

We lost alot of money to these scam artist while on this vacation. I hope somebody can help.
